• Why the 2023 version? Last time I checked, it is 2024! Title 19 regulations are not finalized until March 31st each year. Then it takes months for the US Government Bookstore to actually print the latest version. CBP has not relied on private venders such as CBPrepcourse to cover that gap in production, CBP waits until t US Government bookstore produces a written version before moving to the next version.
