We have both the 2024 and 2025 edition for sale. CBP will likely use the 2024 edition for the October 2025 exam.

You can download and print the almost 2000 page US Government Print Office version of 19 CFR Parts 0 to end for yourself, but that can be expensive. Students have found that version difficult to navigate and read.

That’s why we offer an easier-to-use dual column, binder style, version. It’s also about 700 pages shorter than the government version, but it is complete. (Save a tree and buy this one)
