Everything from our Independent Study Program plus our live seminar. Take part in a 3-Day Live Seminar specifically designed to get you ready for the Customs Broker License Exam. That’s 24 hours of in person instruction. Tom O’Leary will cover material from the CBP Regulations, the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, ACE Documents , and CBP Directives. We cover classification and the HTS, as well as test-taking techniques and past CBP Exam questions.
Join us via the internet with our live broadcast. I use WEBEX to broadcast the seminar. Seminars are offered twice a year 2 to 3 weeks before the October and April Exam dates. More about seminar dates below.
This package includes everything from our Independent Study Program. After registering, you will receive a shipment of test prep materials as well as immediate access to our exclusive online tools. Each student can attend the live seminar (once) he or she signs up for. However, each student will have access to the online student website for two test cycles.
Preparing for the exam is a marathon not a sprint. Take full advantage of our materials now, and come to the seminar with a head start. You cannot start studying too soon!

About our Instructor
Tom O'Leary is Licensed US Customs Broker and attorney. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and St. Mary's University of San Antonio, Texas. He practiced law in Austin, TX for 35 years. (Ouch… I am old)
Tom was a practicing Customs Broker many years ago and decided that the knowledge he took from it was worth sharing with people who wanted to get licensed. This quickly turned into teaching an entire exam preparation course.
After over 20 years of running CBPrepcourse, Tom still has the same drive to teach as when he began. His experience has granted him the understanding of how to provide students with the most efficient means of study and review possible. Tom is constantly fine-tuning the course materials to address changes in the regulations as well as changes in what CBP chooses to test.
Tom believes in building one-on-one relationships with his students. It is his policy to always be only a phone call away for his students. He speaks Spanish and is happy to correspond in whichever language you are most comfortable.
